Not a fixed gear bike- A.k.a it is not like the spinning bikes that you come across in the gym, you can coast on this bike. 2. Part came to us broken 3. When dissambling the product for return the screws and bolts broke in our hands. 4. This is NOT A PRODUCT FOR TALL PEOPLE. I am 6'1" and I do not fit on this bike. Anyone above 5'10" would not fit properly on this bike. The company is easy to deal with. The bike is amazing. We had a little issue with the delivery; the frame got bent probably during transportation and the company did something about it right away! I was very please with the quick respond and immediate solution. It will be a pleasure to deal with them again... As i also need a treadmill! : ) The bike is a wonderful addition to my gym and i am making a great use out of it.
