You Should Read This Review, April 18, 2012 By  adam - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Wheel Master Weinmann DP18 Wheel Set - 700c, 32H, QR, Fixie/Freewheel, White/Black/Black (Misc.) My wheels did not come with a quick release as noted in the description. they have bolts instead. This is ok for me because i was going to replace the quick release with bolts anyway (makes them harder to steal, i live in Philly). What is not ok is that the spokes are not DT, They are Sapim. I would have still bought the wheels anyway because i think Sapim is still a good spoke manufacturer although i am not bike expert. There is at least one deepish scratch on one wheel and very minor scratches on both. This is not a huge deal to me as they are wheels so its not like they are going to stay perfect forever. All in all these are still good wheels for the price. a much better value than you would find in any bike shop. I would still have bought the wheels knowing what i know now.
