You get a really good value because they come with CST tubes and tires for free! These are really high quality tires and saves you about 40 bucks - why don't all wheels come with tires?! The wheels spin true with equal tension on all the spokes, no need for them to be adjusted. Overall, I'm really happy with these. Also, they feel pretty light, and I'm really happy with the 41mm size rims. Any bigger than this would make the bike too heavy- most riders don't realize that. Will definitely buy another pair when I want to change up the colors!

I am currently converting my 21 speed roadie to a fixie, i wasn't sure if these would fit my bike since it is not a Retrospec but sure enough they fit perfect and look sick. i love the flip flop hub, freewheel when you just want to cruise around and have some fun, or switch it over to fixed for more speed and climbing power. They come with high quality CST tubes and tires, i have only had these wheels for a couple days but have already logged over 100 miles on them with no issues so far on some pretty trashy urban roads. I would definitely recommend these wheels to anybody with a fixie or looking to convert to a fixie.

his birthday. I didn't understand it at first so I asked, "You already
have wheels, don't you?". First of all, the wheels arrived within 2
days with free super saver shipping. When they arrived, they were
really easy for us to install with the wrench we have at home. And
when I saw them on the bike, I understood why he wanted them. They
look so cool with the deep dish.
We purchased them about 2 months ago, and since then we haven't had to
change any tires (apparently the tires that are included are very high
in quality) and my wife who is an avid cyclist was also impressed
that the wheels spin true right out of the box. Also, the flip-flop
hub is pretty cool. When I borrow my sons bike, I just flip the rear
wheel onto the freewheel side and it rides nice and smooth, and I can
flip it back before he get's back from school! Retrospec is cool.
