Granted, you only get the rims, spokes, hubs and bearings...but, from my experience, if you go cheap trying to get everything in one package, the quality dives exponentially.
Supposedly, the rims on these are rebranded Weinmann and the hubs are Formula (idk).
The rims are well machined, although I had to remove a few loose metal shards (took me about 10 seconds with a pair of tweezers).
The hubs are high flange, of which I don't particularly like the look or extra weight...but they're fine. Light, hollow hubs were a pleasant surprise. High quality, super smooth rolling sealed bearing cartridges. 2-piece stainless steel outer bolts.
Love the DT Swiss black anodized steel spokes (cheaper brands just paint the spokes black, which scrapes off it you even lightly bump anything).
Four and a half stars.
